Q - What part of my purchase is customizable/able to be personalized? 

A - The text portion of your purchase is customizable. The color, style, design, and fonts are not customizable. Our products have been designed exclusively for Open Heart Paperie and we want to make this process as easy for you as possible!


Q - Do I need special software or a special system to customize my purchase? 

A - You do not! Your purchase from Open Heart Paperie includes personalization completed by our team. All you have to do is provide us your information for the text we'll be customizing and we'll take it from there!


Q - How do you get my information to personalize my order? 

A - Once your order is complete, you'll receive an automated email from Open Heart Paperie with easy instructions for sending us your information so we can personalize your order.


Q - When will I receive my personalized products from you? 

A - Our team will send you a proof of your product within two business days. Once you approve the proof (details and spelling) we'll email you the final file. Your final files will come in both PDF and PNG formats. 

Q - What size are the products? 

A - 

Invitations: 5” x 7” (fits in an A7 size envelope)

Save the Dates: 5” x 7"

RSVP card: 5.5"  x 4.25"

Direction and/or registry card: 3”  x 3"

Escort/Place Cards: 3.5” x 2” 

Table Number: 5” x 7”

Dinner Menus: 4"  x 8" (sometimes called "tea length")

Seating Charts: 18” x 24”

Welcome Signs: 18”  x 24”

Bar Menus: 11” W x 14”

Water Bottle Label: 2x8.25 inches

Q - Will I get anything in the mail? 

A - Open Heart Paperie are digital products. Nothing will be mailed to you. You will use the final files we email to you and have the desired number of products printed at a local printer of your choice. 


Q - Once I received my file files from Open Heart Paperie via email, where should I have them printed? 

A - We love: a local printing company, FedEx, StationeryHQ, Office Depot, Staples or at home!

 

Q - Can you print my products for me? 

A - At this time, Open Heart Paperie does not offer printing services.
